高梁川マルシェ2022
江戸中期に建てられた町家「大橋家住宅」を主会場に阿知町通り（旧街道沿い）の商店をつなぎ、地産地消のこだわりの食、工芸、作品が一堂に集う文化交流イベント。 会場入口の松の周りの植栽エリアへ装飾を担当。 装飾に用いた植物素材は、地元で採取させていただいた、竹とカイヅカイブキの枝を使用し装飾。 倉敷芸術大学の学生さんのガラスアートとの共作で高梁川の水景を表現。
Cultural Exchange Event at the Historic Ohashi House Centered at the Ohashi House—a traditional merchant residence built in the mid-Edo period—this cultural exchange event connects local shops along the historic Achi-machi Street, showcasing a curated selection of locally sourced food, crafts, and art. I was responsible for the botanical installation around the pine tree at the venue’s entrance. The design features locally gathered bamboo and Kaizuka juniper branches. In collaboration with glass art students from Kurashiki University of Science and the Arts, the installation expresses the serene waterscape of the Takahashi River.
